Solution 1: Carry out Chkdsk to check and repair errors

Solution 2: Format the partition or volume in question

If files in the unreadable partition are not important to you or you have recovered them, then formatting is the easiest solution. The formatting process configures hard disk with the new file system, after which the old and corrupted file system will be replaced. Take Format RAW Partition to NTFS as an example:
 
1. Open This PC/Computer > Find the RAW partition;
2. Right-click it by choosing Format > Select the file system - NTFS and rename it;
3. Click Start > OK.
 
After this, your raw partition has been converted to NTFS, then, you can reuse it again, such as save files to this new disk.
